We study environmental satellite validation using Pandora that observes the vertical column of NO2 and O3.
Currently, we work as the validation team of GEMS, the world's first geostationary orbit environmental satellite launched in 2020.
As a member of joint Korea-China AQ research team, established in Beijing in 2017, we diagnose the effect of emission reduction on air quality changes through air quality modeling.
We also try to improve model prediction capability through performance analysis of Korea-China air quality modeling.
We investigate the impact of air quality changes to the environment, health, society, and economy.
